These terms govern the purchase and use of the digital and professional services offered through dlc.com.co, including DLC Verify AI, DLC Sourcing Matrix, DLC Supply Cloud, DLC Finance and training programs.
Prices are displayed on the checkout page in the stated currency (COP, USD or BRL); taxes are included or excluded as indicated per product.
Payment is made online through the payment methods enabled at checkout. Work begins once payment is confirmed.
No recurring charges apply unless the client expressly subscribes to a recurring plan.
Digital reports are delivered by email and/or through the client portal within the timeframe stated for each product (typically 3 to 15 business days).
Ongoing services are delivered according to the scope agreed in the commercial proposal.
The client must provide accurate and complete information about suppliers, products and operations, and use deliverables solely for lawful business purposes.
Reports, methodologies, trademarks and content are owned by Daluca International HK Limited The client receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable internal-use licence.
Reports rely on public sources, documentary verification and on-site visits where applicable. DLC does not guarantee a supplier's future commercial performance. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the contracted service.
Personal data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy and by the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486).
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Your order will be processed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong SAR.
Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Hong Kong SAR.
