2. Purposes
Delivering contracted services, issuing invoices, processing payments through authorised providers, handling sales and support requests, and complying with legal and accounting obligations.

Card and alternative payments are processed by authorised payment providers. We do not store full card numbers or banking credentials on our servers.
4. Data sharing
Data is shared only with payment providers, analytics tools, hosting services and operational partners required to deliver the service, under confidentiality agreements.
5. Retention
Data is retained for the duration of the commercial relationship and for the periods required by the laws of Hong Kong SAR.
6. Your rights
You may access, update, correct or delete your data and withdraw consent by writing to camilo@dlc.com.co. We respond under the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486).
