Digital reports (Verify AI, Sourcing Matrix) are delivered by email and/or through the client portal within 3 to 15 business days depending on the tier purchased, counted from payment confirmation and receipt of supplier information.
Management services (Supply Cloud, Finance) start within 3 business days of payment.
We do not sell physical goods through this website. Where an operation requires shipping samples or documents, costs and timelines are agreed in writing case by case.
You may cancel at no cost within 24 hours of payment, provided verification or research work has not started.
100% refund if the service has not started or if we cannot deliver the purchased report.
Partial refund proportional to work not performed once the service has started.
No refund after the final report is delivered, except for material error attributable to DLC, in which case we correct the report or refund the amount paid.
Requests are sent to camilo@dlc.com.co and resolved within a maximum of 10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
